1) Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE without any valid reason. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to expectation, changing mind, etc.

2) Price shown is FIXED.
Add Extra RM10 for postage if outside KL.
Add Extra RM15 for postage for delivery to Sabah or Serawak.
We use GDEx for courier delivery. The cheaper post laju already broke our perfumes many times.

3) Online and internet shopping makes things easier. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the item to reach you. However, you are welcome to COD within Kuala Lumpur area.

4) All bookings or on hold items will be asked for a minimum DEPOSIT RM50 per item. This booking VALID ONLY 2 WEEKS from payment done. We have the right to let go the item if no settlement payment done. 1st come 1st serve is apply.

5) We accept payment in cash RM (MALAYSIA RINGGIT) Or USD (US Dollar). Payment can be made via CIMB or Paypal for US Dollar currency. For credit card payment, please use Paypal. Please view payment page for detail.

6) Goods returned must be in it original condition as shipped to you. DO NOT USE if u wish to return or refund it. STRICTLY NO REFUND if the item had been used.

7) Buyer should report defective of goods within 1 day after received. Warranty ONLY VALID WITHIN 7 DAYS after seller delivery date. In the exchange process, shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost. Damaged item during shipping will not be refunded. ONCE BROKEN, CONSIDERED SOLD.

8 ) Please understand that all selling are ORIGINAL-REJECTED items. Even though the perfumes are original, DO NOT expects the condition to be 100% excellent and flawless as counter perfumes.

9) As all necessary precaution is taken in delivering all perfumes, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss items during delivery.
